CF please stop. After all your ranting I wasted a minute to try this Fire and just couldn't get through first 2 minutes. It is sad to hear the fumbling and lost nature of a once great player. I am now more than ever convinced to never go back to 95 again even though I knew better Tyron the start

There is some good music here!
Jerry never gives up.
I really like his vocals toward the end of FIRE and also with STELLA.
(In both tunes he catches the lyric and repeats it in a very soulful way.)
There is some good flow to this show and the SPACE jam is like a fine wine.
Listening to this soundboard you can really hear the band play and that is what it was all about.
Sound= 5 Music = 3.5 (but better in spots)

I think you say there is some good music here because you want to interpret it like that from an emotional standpoint. You appreciate and empathize with his pain, which I think is admirable. Others, me included, are coming from a different perspective, and have a hard time tolerating the awful musical deterioration of Jerry and the band. They were just going through the motions by that time and to dig for tiny parts that crept through the morass and display them as "good" won't convince someone else that it was. You may be right in your assessment, but 18 years later I have so much music to listen to that I won't waste my time to even try to wade through the forest to find an occasional glimmer of light. As the French say it, a chacun son gout - to each his own taste.
